Some updates of me...

Is 3 weeks since my last update; Man, this shouldn't be the way how a blogger blog. Post should be up every 1-2 days, not 1-2 weeks. :(

But then, I'm caught up with work and school work. With the new implements from SoM, lots of changes are to be done for lesson plan. Of course that include my number one hate things, testing of codes. I hate to do testing of codes and sometimes i just can't believe why some users have to be very stupid in using the program, inputting 2 values is way much more simple then wanting to input 4 values and see the system doing all the auto mated stuff.

I once hold the "Most slacking job" title due to surfing forum, blog,watch youtube, read comics, nap during office hour, but the implements suddenly make my working life change. Everyday is pulling of my hair thinking of how to meet the requirements, thinking of how to write the coding with the correct logic and business rule.

The only reward which i gotten for being such a good employee was watch "The Dark Knight" at Vivo Gold Class for FREE! Yes, for free. NUS had a special event and i was invited to go for this movie session. The last movie by Heathe Ledger. The way he acted as Joker was superb! That the way a villain should be, not for anything, just purely for having fun in killing, to bring chaos. Well that should be happening in movies and show. LOL. Too bad we are ain't going to see him in anymore act as Joker. I'm sure the next person will never be as good as him. Lets miss his "Why so serious?"

Last week was the most tiring week i ever had since i started this job. For the purpose of my studies, i bought a simple laptop which cost me around $1.2k. Every night i would spent my time working for my assignment till 230am before i head to bed and wake up at 630am for work. Ya, that the way i think i will be facing for the next few weeks.

From this part time studies, i got to realize how singapore student are so fortunate. In secondary school, we were coach from head to toe, every single details are not left out. Special lesson was held for people who do not understand any thing, long guide line of what to do for project. After secondary school, we head to poly and in poly(i didn't attend JC so i don't know the teaching style), during any exam or term test, past paper will be gone through during lectures. Project will be gone through step by step. Date line to be extended due to other reason, in depth explanation will be made when we don't understand. For UOW, my lectures either just read from slides or when question was asked; "Google is your best friend." was the only answer replied. Not much help was given for my assignment which was due on last sat it also leave lots of us giving up part of the assignment and different assumption for it. Even I have to struggle with the scripting when i have programming background. I can foresee i will struggle for the rest of the module too. Haiz.

Sat was our guild gathering. This time round we have lots of new faces turn up and some old players turn out too. Big thanks to our GL for treating us. Haha. We didn't have a BBQ this time, instead we had some catering food. :) Plans was discuss, announce to the guildies who turn up for the gathering and hope everything will go smooth. Too bad this time round we didn't had a good camera to take our photo. But we still have 2-3 photo taken. Shall upload them once i gotten them from firdaus. After that as usual, we headed to simpang for talks. Teasing ikan and firdaus on their NS life, giving them some advice on how to make life better in NS. Too bad, we didn't have any ghost story telling.
