cookies...

i love cookies. especially famous amos cookies. especially chocolate chips cookies from famous amos. i had my 2nd try of baking chocolate chips cookies on thursday night. the result was much better than the 1st time i tried it out with adeline jie. i still remember that time most of my cookies was burn or uncooked cause i didn't know the temperature suitable for it. and we also added too much butter for it. well at least that was a good lesson for me, learn from it and correct it.

the reason i started baking cookies was for her. i remembered during the days when i was wooing her, i got to know that she likes cookies, famous amos cookies too and ya, famous amos chocolate chips cookies. coincidence? fate? i do not know. but i do know that during the day when adeline jie asked me what kinda of cookery book do i want? i told her cookies for i wanted recipes for chocolate chips and other cookies. why? cause i promise that i would baked her cookies. a promise is always a promise. especially to her. the 1st time when i baked the cookies, i had wanted the cookies to be part of the gift which i gave it to her but i couldn't. this time round for her birthday, i had enough time to practice, making sure that the cookies would be fine and ya i would pack them nicely and give it to her as a gift. hopefully i could give it to her myself. else through someone else...

oh my gosh... i miss her lots... haiz...
